Treatments qualified for repair:

Product must be originally purchased from Barrows, Newton Ma
No older than 10 years since manufactured
Product and headrail must be Clean, Good Condition and Dust Free
After Completing the Repair Form Below – Our repair specialist will contact you for scheduling, all repair drop-offs are by appointment only
As of January 1st, 2023, we are no longer able to accept repairs of Hunter Douglas products not purchased at Barrows

Purchased at Barrows: First year of initial installation

All warranty-related repairs, service visits, installation, and parts are at no cost
Purchased at Barrows: After first year of initial installation
- Anything covered under warranty remains at no charge
- In-home service calls available for fee per visit
- Treatments dropped off are by appointment only to our showroom.
- If your repair is not under warranty, we will inform you of the costsassociated, if possible, or provide a current replacement cost
PowerView® products

Hunter Douglas has a dedicated consumer PowerView hotline 844-797-8439 as well. They will be able to walk you through a troubleshooting process and most often the issue is corrected this way. If not just give us a call and we will be happy to answer your questions.
